The National Police have seized 750 kilos of hashish in a fishing boat docked in Huelva, and has detained nine people, according to a press release of the Body made public today.
The drug, distributed in 26 bales, was restored when he was discharged just 50 metres from the lonja and the arrested were going to store the drug in a home rented apparently to be used as child care facilities.
The first investigations began last February when the researchers had knowledge of the presence of an organized group, with direct contacts with suppliers from Morocco, dedicated to the introduction of hashish in Spain on board of fishing boats.
After seven months of investigation, agents learned that the criminal group was planning to carry out a new shipment in a fishing boat, and recently a boat of this type sailed from Huelva to the fishery in Cadiz where he was fishing as normal.
Later headed towards the coordinates previously set where you expected a ship from morocco, with which occurred the transfer of the hashish, after which the boat returned to port.
Back to the Spanish coast, the vessel was subjected to control by the researchers, until they docked at the pier of the fishing port of huelva.
Finally, the agents detained the skipper of the boat, three crew members and the most responsible of the band when they began to disembark the bales of hashish, and upon unloading the fish at the fish market and moved the boat about 50 metres away.
Later arrested the other members of the group, in an operation that has been carried out by agents attached to the UDYCO Central of the General Commissariat of the Judicial Police in collaboration with the Civil Guard and the Tax Agency.
