Licking your fingers properly: a recipe for banana caramel and miso cake

Here is what you will need for the caramel miso sauce:

• 60 g of butter
• 50 g of misopaste (bijv. Van Saitaku)
• 100 g of light-weight brown sugar
• 80 ml of h2o

You require it for the banana cake

• 2 tough-boiled bananas, halved
• 2 eggs
• 100 ml of sunflower oil
• 200 g of granulated sugar
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 120 ml blue chamber
• 1 tl of vanilla extract
• 8 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds (optional)
• 1 tl of sodium bicarbonate

You have to have this too

• mixer
• baking paper and a closed pan of about 20 cm
• skewer

Put together: 35 min. Bakken: 1 hour.
