WASHINGTON DC, KOMPAS.com – Former US President Donald Trump claims that the United States (US) will be lost in three years.
Trump made the baseless claim on a Sean Spicer show over the phone on a conservative news channel Newsmax on Tuesday (14/9/2021).
“(If we) held the next election, 2022 and 2024, our country would not be left at all,” Trump said at the event.

He also repeated his claim that he had been rigged in the 2020 presidential election, adding that the US would be lost in the next three years.
After Trump said this, Spicer, who had served as Trump’s White House Press Secretary, hurriedly ended the interview.

“You were very generous for taking your time, thank you for that,” Spicer said The Independent.
Before making his baseless claims, Trump also criticized the administration of US President Joe Biden.

“Our country has really gone downhill in the last eight months, like no one has seen before,” Trump said Daily Star.
Previously, Newsmax faces a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems.
In that lawsuit, Newsmax suspected of spreading misinformation or misinformation in his coverage of the Dominion Voting Systems voting machine in the 2020 US presidential election.
Newsmax defended its coverage saying that the network only reported allegations made by public figures.

According to reports, Trump is reportedly looking to run for president again in 2024.
Despite not making an official announcement regarding it, he still opened the door through crowdfunding and campaign.
Trump has also repeatedly hinted that the only reason he has not announced his candidacy plans is because of campaign finance rules.
In an interview with the Washington Examiner in August, Spicer claimed that Trump would run again.
