A Google store in New York is exhibiting the web giant’s new Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, new mobiles which must however be formalized in October.
While the other manufacturers, Apple in the lead, are trying by all means to avoid the leakage of details on their future products, with varying degrees of success, Google has just achieved quite the opposite. Passing in front of the window of the Google Store, equivalent to the Apple Store at Google, located in Manhattan, New York, fans of Android products and smartphones of the web giant in particular had a surprise: the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro were already on display there for all passers-by, as shown by photos posted on Twitter and relayed by the Android Police site.
However, these products have not yet been officially presented by their manufacturer Google, which is content to announce a release “in autumn 2021”. The devices, a preview of which had already been given in video and on social networks, should be officially unveiled on October 19, after the launch of the major update to Android 12 of the mobile operating system of the Mountain View firm. , according to rumors.
Much information has nevertheless already filtered as to their technical sheets. In particular the presence of a home chip from the American giant (the Tensor processor engraved in 5 Nm), a screen (respectively 6.4 and 6.71 inches) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, as well as an Always mode -On Display (which allows you to continue to display information on the screen, when the device is in standby).
