The post-pandemic return to trades and workplaces has generated a retraining of workers. For this reason, health and sports professionals have provided spaces for the physical and mental recovery of millions of people.

The pandemic has hit different aspects of humanity, among which the mental health: anxiety, insomnia and depression. A scientific investigation published in the revista Psychiatry Research revealed that at the end of 2020 the insomnia prevailed by 24%, while the stress disorders reached 22%; likewise, the depression stood at 16% and the anxiety reached 15%.

According to World Health Organization (WHO), post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression are up to three, four, and five times more frequent than previously reported. For that reason, workspaces must be adapted for a healthier lifestyle.
