[Reuters]-Russia’s Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Rudenko said he was ready to return to negotiations with Ukraine “as soon as Ukraine showed a constructive position.” The Russian News Agency (RIA) reported.

He also said he would not deny the possibility of conducting talks on the exchange of prisoners of war at the Azovstal Iron and Steel Works in Mariupol, southeastern Ukraine.
