A meeting was held to consider the decision of Bibiana and her group to move from the community they had been living in for years. Bibiana wanted to move to the open space that was there for the taking, but her group couldn’t get online or past security. They also didn’t want to worry their loved ones out there in the open air. So, aSean and Ilder attend the meeting and form the group’s new home.
