Three bombings in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, Jalalabad, killed at least three people and injured about 20 on Saturday, a Taliban official said.
The explosions were aimed at Taliban vehicles.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for what happened, but a branch of the Islamic State-based terrorist group based in eastern Afghanistan is at war with the Taliban.
It is not yet known whether there are Taliban officials among the wounded and killed.
An explosion has also taken place in Kabul today, injuring two people. The purpose of this explosion is not yet known.
These attacks are the first bombings with victims since the departure of US forces from Afghanistan.
