UN Women organizes a seminar promoting gender equality in the business sector Approaches to Sustainable Growth

The United Nations Women’s Organization (UN Women) and the European Union, in collaboration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Kenan Foundation Asia, jointly organized the seminar “Inclusive Leadership means Better Business” to promote gender equality in the business sector.

This seminar was organized to raise awareness among businesses about the importance of promoting gender equality and leadership for people of all genders. including sustainability reporting covering gender dimensions. This will lead to confidence in the potential of people of all genders and the development of corporate policies in line with the concept of gender equality. This is a guideline for sustainable growth of the capital market and Thai businesses.

during the opening remarks Giuseppe Busini, Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Thailand Addressed the commitment of the European Union (EU) to promote gender equality.
