On January 7, 2013, Mr. Pham Dinh Cu signed a notice of approval, allowing Pymepharco to transfer the “golden land” lot to Vietcombank Phu Yen for 16 billion VND, equivalent to the land price of Hung Vuong street on the trading market. real estate at that time, causing a loss of state assets of more than 10.1 billion VND.
