Specifically, C03 is verifying the case with signs of “Violation of regulations on management and use of State assets causing loss and waste; Violation of regulations on land management; Tax evasion” occurred at Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, Thuan An City People’s Committee, Phu Hong Thinh Real Estate Company Limited (now Phu Hong Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company) and a number of related units according to classification. Direct the Department of Planning and Investment to provide information and temporarily suspend the transfer of capital contributions in legal entities and real estate projects of Phu Hong Thinh Company in Binh Duong province.
This document is accompanied by a list of organizations and individuals whose transactions are proposed to be blocked. Specifically, the organization requested to block transactions is Phu Hong Thinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company (registered headquarters in Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province) and 7 individuals related to the company. , including Ms. Pham Thi Huong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
