Located in Hanoi, house repaired and renovated on the old floor that has existed for the past 15 years.Throne old house tLocated in the city center, on a corner of the southwest street and northwest lane, living in a dark, damp and musty environment, which is a typical condition for many old houses in Hanoi.To overcome this situation, the house was renovated to have green space and abundant light.The concrete stairs were replaced with slender steel stairs, creating a triangular skylight, bringing in natural light and ventilation.The walls of the skylight are made of textured marble to reflect and diffuse light.The ground floor was raised to install a ventilation layer underneath, to prevent humidity, a problem that often occurs in Hanoi houses during the changing seasons.Facade townhouse like a pleasant green waterfall, attracting both inside and outside.The old security fence was removed and replaced with galvanized steel mesh, attached to the balcony.Unused balconies are converted into green spaces, ensuring privacy and security for residents.From inside, each room can enjoy the green scenery and fresh air.The green facade and roof garden help protect the building from harsh sunlight from the west.The bedroom is airy and green.
