2022 World Cup: the official anthem, sung by Gims, has just been unveiled

« On y va, here we go ! » : Arhbo, one of the official anthems of the FIFA World Cup, to be held in 2022 in Qatar, has just been unveiled. The International Football Federation (Fifa) shared the song and its clip, this Saturday August 20, 2022, on social networks.

And, cocorico: it's the singer will be born who interprets this anthem, in duet with the Puerto Rican singer Ozuna. A multilingual piece, since you can hear English, French, Spanish and Arabic.

The second official anthem

"Ha, yah, ha, yah, ha, yah, ha, po, pé, no, mi, ké, oh (Woh-oh)": the first notes of the piece set the tone (and the atmosphere). The rhythm is Latin, festive, dynamic, dancing. We let you judge:

On the other hand, if you plan to enjoy the title on your usual streaming platforms (Deezer, Spotify…), you will have to be patient: Arhbo due out August 26.

A first anthem unveiled in April

Arhbo is the second official anthem presented to the general public, since last April, the piece Hayya Hayya (Better Together) had been unveiled, performed by three artists: singers Trinidad Cardona and Aisha, and singer Davido.

The first match of the World Cup, which opposes the host country (Qatar) to Ecuador), initially scheduled for November 21, 2022, was finally brought forward by one day. The World Cup runs until December 18.
