The information confirmed that Samsung is happy with what it has achieved in the Galaxy S22 this year, and that the company is not planning extensive changes in the basic S23 and Plus model, as there will be the same screen and the same sensor for cameras and battery, while the real changes and improvements will be in the S23 Ultra model.
What Samsung plans to make changes in the two phones referred to, it will be in the design with some bends on its sides, and there may be other colors available.
In terms of specifications, the processor will also be changed only in the upcoming Galaxy S23, and it is expected that it will work with the next generation Snapdragon 8 processor from Qualcomm during the next few weeks to operate the flagship phones of the next year, and perhaps there will also be an increase in the battery with improved charging capacity to be faster than previous generation.
The use of the leading Qualcomm processor will have an impact on improving the use experience in the Galaxy S23 due to the improvements that Qualcomm intends to implement, as improving performance and processing speed for data and images, as well as reducing power consumption, which means an increase in the number of phone operating hours.
In that sense, and if you take these leaks into account, the Galaxy S23 will have a 6.1-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.
While the Plus model will come with a 6.6-inch screen with the same resolution and refresh rate, both screens will have a Gorilla Victus protection layer.
The same camera in the two phones, with a 50-megapixel sensor, f/1.8 lens, and optical stabilizer, supported by another 10-megapixel lens for zoom and a third to capture 12-megapixel ultra-wide images.
