The Spanish company controlled by the Volkswagen Group announces the prices of the electric Cupra Born. It will be available for 38,900 euros in a single launch version with the 204 hp engine combined with a 58 kWh battery pack, which ensures a range of 424 km. Deliveries will start in the autumn of 2021.

432 cm long, the Cupra Born it is characterized by a particularly aggressive style, especially in the front, which is characterized by the presence of thin and elongated LED headlights connected by a black profile inside which the Cupra writing is positioned. At the rear we find the two lights joined by a thin strip of LEDs, exactly like on the recent Cupra Ibiza and Formentor.

The amenities of the Cupra Born they include the multimedia system with a 12 “screen, four USB type C inputs, the virtual dashboard visible on a 5.3” panel, the DAB radio, 18 “alloy wheels, full LED headlights and lights, the system for e-Call emergency call, Front Assist with emergency braking system and pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane keeping, rain and light sensor, fatigue recognition, front and rear parking sensors, seats made with recycled materials, sports-style steering wheel and pedals, and the keyless starting system.

To “fill up” the Cupra Born it is possible to use the CCS Combo charging socket up to 100 kW of power in direct current or, alternatively, alternating current.
