Every public website tracked by BYOViral contributes pageviews to a shared aggregate table. Each pageview is rolled up by day, browser, OS, device, country, search engine (parsed from the referrer host), screen resolution, and language. We then sum across the requested time window and rank by total pageviews.
Default window is the last 30 days — you can switch to 7 / 90 / 365 days on each dimension page. The aggregates are refreshed once per day; new sites that just installed the tracking script will start contributing on the next day's roll-up.
BYOViral Global Stats use a transparent pageview-based aggregation across the BYOViral public network. Anonymous pageviews from public websites are grouped by dimension (browser, OS, device, country, search engine, screen, language) and ranked. As more sites join the public network, the data becomes increasingly representative of real traffic trends across participating sites — see Methodology and Sample Size for the full picture.
