What a client roster costs
BYOViral prices the account, not the site. The plan sets how many recent visitors are kept in each site's detailed log.

Onboarding a new client site
- Add the domainCreate the site in your account and copy its script tag.
- Send the snippetAsk the client's developer to paste it into the site header, or add it yourself through their CMS.
- Check it worksOpen the live view, load a page on the client's site and watch your visit appear.
- Exclude your teamAdd your office IP addresses to the site's excluded list so audits and QA visits are not counted.
- Share the statsSet the site's stats to password protected and send the client the link and the password.
Reporting to clients
- No client logins to manage. There are no separate user seats; clients see their numbers through a password-protected or public stats page.
- CSV exports of each report on Premium, for monthly decks.
- Goals and simple funnels on Premium, to show how many visitors reached a contact or checkout page.
- Search Console queries on Premium, next to the traffic they produced.
- API access on Ultra, to pull figures into your own reporting tool.

Agency questions
Is there a limit on client sites?
No. Every plan allows unlimited sites in one account.
Can clients log in to see their own stats?
Not with their own accounts. Share a public or password-protected stats page instead; each site has its own privacy setting.
Can we white-label the reports?
No. Stats pages carry BYOViral's layout. CSV exports on Premium can go into your own branded reports.
Who receives the weekly email report?
The account owner. Forward it, or use CSV exports for client-facing reports.
